Slacker!

I'm such a slacker on my blog!! We are here and moved in! I am on my second day of work! We pulled into town and got our house a day early woohoo! We got the truck completely unpacked the first day! We didn't mess around! We ran errands for three days straight! Just getting the stuff we needed! We got a new car, a washer and dryer, and random household stuff! I am in love with my new house! Wish it was all mine!! Still working on getting a fence for the backyard so the puppies can play outside unsupervised lol! This week is flying by! Havent really met very many people, because I'm in training... Learning how to do what I have been doing for 9mon :/ lol but oh well! I only briefly got to meet my new coworkers. Everyone seems nice! Probably the funniest thing do far was going to get my nails done, I baffled all the nail techs with my acrylic color tips lol! They only paint or airbrush the acrylics lol!!!! They all crowded around me!! It was tooooo funny! Did some exploring and took a few wrong turns, but slowly figuring it out! So much traffic here! Found a way to avoid the highway this morning and ended up being like an hour early!! Haha do therefore I have time to update everyone! We don't have Internet yet otherwise i would have pictures up already! Wednesday night! :)

Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya!

Hubs ticket is booked!! He flies back tomorrow night!! Today is my last day of being able to pack, so I have a busy day ahead! We are heading out thursday or Friday! We just have to be there next Friday! Now we actually have a home there, it's a sweet brick house. 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and we have a screen porch and a yard (not fenced though) aannndddd the best part, I get to buy a washer and dryer!!! Yay!! I got a picture of the house today, hub chose an older all brick house because he didn't want a two story lol! We have always has upstairs apartments and he is sick of moving furniture upstairs!! Only he would think of that, and he said its at the end of the road so there is less traffic! :) this process actually was very quick and efficient! I'm very impressed with the Navy! We're getting the moving truck tomorrow morning and both our families are going to be here to help us load it!! I'm so happy to get out of the crap hole we live in right now :( I pick hub up at 7:45 pm at the big airport about 2 hrs away!! And then he will most likely just want to sleep and then Thursday the families will get together and all spend some time together. We are very ready to be there, jury is still out on whether or not I'm excited for the actual drive lol. My dogs dont know what they are in for! But I loaded up on snacks for the road! Probably going to stay at the inlays tonight so I can have this place completely packed. Good vibes :)

Reality Check!

SO i am currently back home! Recap of this weekend! Got my see my honey! He graduated Friday morning! I went to the base at 6:30 am and the graduation didnt start until 9:20am! Thats a long three hours! The graduations are really long! But the moment when you hear them call Liberty is the best moment ever! When i first saw my Hub i gave him the awkward side hug and he goes, "Whats your problem, why you being so awkward??" lol Not much has changed! First thing we did was go get me out of the damn heels and dress and into some regular clothes. I can only be that polished for a short time. Then we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch, he just wanted something yummy! lol Then we made a pit stop at Walmart for some necessities like, Q tips, toothpaste, and a phone charger for me :) We mostly just bummed around and then he only wanted ice cream for dinner lol So Silly! Then we went to the Navy Exchange, "NEX" That place is awesome!!! Its like a discounted Macys!!!! lol I had to give him back at 8 pm. BUT! your allowed to go to the airport! So i left my hotel at 3 am! And i spend from about 4:30 am til 12pm with him! We got him a pair of Oakleys that he can wear in Uniform, They have to be all black. And then we just sat and cracked jokes and such! I cried for like the first hour of my flight even though I see him this week!! So dumb lol. But he has his call phone now so i can text him all i want!! He just arrived in Charleston, he has the day off tomorrow and then Moving Business Monday and Tuesday. For all the confusion i see all over the internet... He is coming back to get me and he is getting money for the move. Only if you are Married and he is a Nuke so his school is longer that all the others ones. Typically wives dont come to school at all. But his is like over 2 yrs! Now its crunch time!! :) Good Vibes

oh the midwest!

Im back in my old neck of the woods!! my daywas crazy hectic! first of all my plane landed in san fran 10 min AFTER my flight to chicago boarded, nice huh? As my dad would say, i did "the san fran dash" that airport is huge! but shockingly i made my flight! and im sure my friends and family from home will just laugh, but all of my oregon people never see storms likei drove in today!! the thunder shook my car! and on a bunch of chicago highways that i know not one thing about!! but now im safe and sound in my hotel room! just waiting for the morning to come!! tomorrow morning means seeing my babe!!! im so ready to see him, even if its only one day for now :) im cutting this one short due to it being really hard to type on my tablet with nails!! Good Vibes! :)

I'm leavin' on a jet plane!

Today is the day!! I am currently in the squeakiest chair in the gate area! But I'm checked in a ready to fly! I have my pink cheetah duffel and my oversized purse :) I have the tightest connection at my first stop! Everyone send me your good vibes and pray I make my flight!! I already googled the map of the airport and looked at my gates and where I have to run to! Lol so hopefully I'm prepared! I get to see hub tomorrow for the day :) then its back home to button things up there :) I'm so excited to see him! I have a bag full of congrats cards and I'm so ready to just hang out with my best friend!! And I'm hoping I am suffering from sleep deprivation enough to actually sleep on my flight (unheard of) Monday night went to sleep at 1:30 am and up at 7, Tuesday night went to a concert out of town with the family after work, which was a blast, and didn't go to sleep until 2ish, and then again up at 7. Then last night I crashed at 11:30 but up at 3AM!!!! I'm going to look like a raccoon! Wife? What wife? Zombie more like it! Well everyone keep sending me good vibes and good karma!!!! Wish me luck flying today!! :)

And the fun begins!

Here's a little outlook on my next two weeks... Tomorrow, 8 hours of work, drive and hour south, see and concert with my family. Wednesday, Last day of work, pack all the dogs stuff to my in laws, sleep until like 3 am. Thursday, Fly to San Fran at 6 am, then fly to Chicago at 9 am, Land at 2 pm, pick up rental car, drive 1 hour, check into hotel, sleep. Friday, Wake up at 5 am, get ready, drive to base at 6:30 am, Graduation at 8 am, SEE MY HUBSTER, drop him back off at 8 pm, go back to my hotel, sleep until 2 am. Saturday. Drive to airport at 3 am, meet ken with his phone and bag, hang out with him until his flight, fly back to San Fran at 12pm, fly to eugene at 3 pm, land at 5pm, party with my Bank people! Sunday, get organized and get carpet shampooed and house cleaned, sleep. Monday, Dogs to the vet, DMV, Comcast to shut off cable, Electricity shut off, get car realigned (i park on the curb lol) Tuesday, Mom and sister come to help me finish packing, spend time with family. Wednesday, Load the truck, last minute cleaning, sleep at in-laws or hotel. Thursday, pick Hubby up, hang out with family, Plan our attack across country, get snacks for the car. Friday or Saturday: HIT THE ROAD! Then when we get there we have to unload, unpack, buy a car, return truck, all before i start my job on the 27th... DID I MENTION ITS 2900 MILES?? Holy Toledo Batman (As my MIL would say) Thats one heck of a drive. And i have to "Drop the Drive Line" on my jeep. My father in law can do it... But who the heck is putting it back on??? Because my, ever so smart, hubby told me to "Ask his Dad" Ha! WOW! This next month is a total Whirlwind! My house is pretty much in boxes right now! I just have enough clothes to get by! And im trying to eat all of the food i have left over... I eat out a lot... Im creative, just really impatient, therefore cooking isnt working out so well. Cant wait until im back with Chef Hubby! He makes the best meals! Sure do love him! Its so close to being time! I am so thankful i started packing so early, because im not scrambling at the end now! I just have about 1 load of laundry and the sheets im sleeping on! I just need to clean now! My hubby better do all the unpacking while i sit with a nice bottle of Merlot! Because i packed my @$$ off! If i quit eating out i might lose a few pounds! :) Well TTFN (Ta Ta For Now) Keep sending good vibes my way! Getting easier everyday!

Sunday Funday.

Today was productive! Got up and took roommate back to her car, last night was a cab kinda night for us ;) Then got a pedicure and my nails done! So cute with little anchors!! My hub will prob be embarrassed! Oh well! Then came home and organized everything that wasn't packed. I packed a bunch more clothes and 97% of my shoes! Then I got a to go back packed for my dogs and another bag for their stay with my in-laws this week. I packed up the bathroom stuff like lotions, extra stuff under the sink. Then I made sure all of the wall hangings are down. I'm getting very close! Roommate moves out this weekend :( I'm really going to miss her! We have had such a fun summer! I am going through a feeling of guilt. I feel like I should be sad knowing that I'm leaving all my friends and family, but I can't help but be excited because moving there means I have my honey back in my arms :) I made a to-do list of stuff I need to get done on my two days off before ken lands. Conveniently my car tags are expiring and and my dogs are due for shots! Both this month ugh! Oh well Ill get it done here and then I dont have to worry about it there! I talked on the phone with one of my husbands chiefs the other day; found out their is no waiting list for base housing currently! Woohoo! Ad reassured me that ken will be back the first week an ill make it to my job on time! I am feeling so much less stressed! Could be because my mind is so preoccupied by the thoughts of seeing my husband! I'm daydreaming about him like I'm in middle school!!! I'm so excited!!!!! It's finally coming to an end! Everyone please keep sending good vibes my way! They are working! Wish me a smooth move!! I am creating as much good karma as one busy lady can do! :) I'm nervous for the south, seeing as though I'm already a grouch-o-saurus when I get too hot! And it was barely 100degrees yesterday lol!
